I am very happy to share this new video of a love song I wrote in 2005, “You Tempt My Touch.”
I originally released this song on my 2006 album The Turning Point. This “new” version was recorded somewhere around 2015. The incomparable Johanna Warren added an exquisite vocal harmony. Tyrrell Sweetman tracked a beautiful and soulful cello part. They both helped birth this song in a new way and I am deeply grateful for their contributions.
Special thanks to my partner in love and music, Brian Castillo. As always, he did a wonderful job engineering and mastering. All in time for the February full moon!
The lyrics and the video celebrate love and nature. In human touch, there is love. In the stars, in the ocean, in the mountains, in the rivers, and in the tiniest flower—there is love. As John Lennon sang, “Love is real, real is love.”
I always want to hear from you with your responses, so please leave a comment here, on my Youtube channel, or just reply to this email.
Sending love to you all.
I'm late listening to this one! I found it very lovely and enjoyed the harmony and visuals.
Very beautiful. Thank you.
